Superb clean room and very nice staff support.

the location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, 25 km to ciampino airport, perfectly reachable. i had a clean room with mini bar, tea facilities, a king-size bed.

the location was absolutely perfect in rome sightseeing, i loved it. the atmosphere created was quiet. i got exceptional services and a comfy, beautiful room.

Cute Staff and Convenient Location

During our 5-night stay. They offered fantastic local tips and assisted with ticket bookings. The location near the main train station made exploring Rome effortless. Traveling with ease and great service.

The setting is favourable and magnificent, short walk to the Tiburtina train/metro station, the main train stations, and the colosseum. There is Fenzo serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Utilize the convenient luggage storage for day trips, allowing you to explore without the hassle of carrying your bags.

The hotel is well-maintained and the staff were really good, especially Rosalba, who helped us plan our itinerary and provided great local insights.

Limited dining options.

The hotel was an absoluteley frustrating experience, with distsracting noises from the electrical box next to the bed and a lack of adequate room service, despite the claim of 4 stars. I was hoping for a complimentary gesture or room upgrade after all that, but instead, was treated just like everyone else. So disappointing.

The hotel has a superb location adjacent to Tiburtina Station.

I reported it several times, and although it was acknowledged, it took far too long to address. Both the room service and restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to frustrating delays when trying to place orders.

The hotel offers a delicious array of breakfast options that start your day off right.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had an unsettling noise coming from the electrical box, which disrupted our sleep.

The room was beautifully decorated, and I loved the cozy reading nook by the window where I spent my evenings unwinding. There's a nice little pool area and a tranquil garden perfect. The only downside was the strong detergent smell from the sheets, but it faded quickly. A tip is to definitely check out the garden 🌼

Couple's Positive Experience

The staff was nice, especially Marinela who gave us great tips on local spots to eat. Waking up to Raluca's cheerful service at breakfast set the tone for each day and those little paninis to go when we had early plans were lifesavers!

It wasn't inexpensive, but the quality justifies it.

Adesso is a modern gem next to Tiburtina Station. The cleanliness was amazing with daily room refreshes, and the bed reminded me of sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast offered an array of delicious items, and the staff were helpful, providing excellent local tips for us city explorers.

This place is a solid choice for strolling in Rome with all in all great value for money. The hotel had a handy shuttle to the city center, made getting around easy. Check your shower water before using it, as the pressure can be low at times.
